I also have same problem, I have SAGEM My-W8 model from Italy of 3 Company & it doest not support any indian SIM Card.

When I insert Indian SIM in it, it shows " SIM not allowed "

What to do ? How can i get unlocked the Phone ?

Il vous en reste donc huit qui doivent commencer par 35 ou 82. Procédez de préférence sur un tél sans carte sim. - Tapez * + les huits chiffres puis OK. Le menu hotline2 est activé. - Ensuite entrez dans le menu normal du tél puis tapez *. allez dans RAM, tapez l'adresse 112, validez, appuyez sur C, tapez 2 en nombre d'octets et validez. Apparait alors à l'écran : adr:112 puis 8967. Appuyez sur modifier ou C, tapez 7698 et validez. Voilà, le menu hotline3 est actif. Ce menu permet de lire et d'écrire dans tous les champs EEPROM (menu normal puis * puis 3, prom) sans câble. - Avant tout, allez dans le menu PROM, lecture/écriture, tapez 231 en champ et validez. Il y a 0 ou 00. Ce champ est le compteur de mauvais codes simlock tapés sur le gsm. Donc si vous en avez rentré le compteur doit être supérieur à 0! Mettez ce champ à 9 ou F s'il n'y a qu'un seul chiffre ou à 99 si y a deux chiffres. Ainsi le compteur est bloqué mais le temporisateur est désactivé, vous pouvez donc taper autant de simlock faux sans aucune incidence. - Maintenant allez dans PROM, tapez 0 en champ. Vous obtenez une série de lettres et chiffres que vous inscrivez soigneusement sur une feuille. Vous faites "annuler" et encore lecture/écriture mais cette fois çi avec le champ 251 et vous notez son contenu. Sortez du menu PROM pour allez dans RAM mais cette fois çi à l'adresse 219 avec 6 octets. Notez aussi le contenu. - Lancez le soft SAGEMSLCK, quand il vous demende de taper "I UNDERSTAND" vous le faites en majuscules obligatoirement. Il vous demande ensuite le choix "par câble" ou "manuel". Tapez "m" (en minuscules obligatoirement) manuel. Le soft demande ensuite de taper les contenus des trois champs eeprom et ram précedents et lorsque vous validez il vous donne le code simlock à dix chiffres.... Et votre phone est débloqué !!!Ca ne marche pas sur certains modeles. C'est peut etre dû a la version du soft qui est peut etre trop récente.Tenez moi au courant. Pour les Sagem 9500 et autres ??? des ptites indications au cas où les manips. seraient pas clairs :"il est difficile de deviner où il faut rentrer le code de deblocage une fois obtenu. Et c'est pas indiqué chez toi qu'il faut faire * apres Menu, etensuite qu'il faut rentrer dans la rubrique Sim lock."
