Hi,
I have i 350 canon printer and OS is Windows 7 32 bit i've downloaded the driver from canon site installed the driver still the Printer is not getting insallted.
Please help me to install the printer.

You can download the driver software from here. Select the OS and Language in the site and start downloading.

Unfortunetaly, there is no solution for your problem, Canon did not made drivers for 64-bit OS's.
Alterantively
You can try download Windows XP mod for WIndows 7 or any other virtualization software, and try to install drivers on the virtual PC. This should work for you.
You need to be careful there is a Windows 7 driver for both the 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. Make sure you download the driver compatible with your OS.
To check your OS; click on Control Panel; Click on System; look under System Type.
