S3202 steam mop. Used it total of 5 times - always used distilled water and now no steam is coming out. The green light is on. The water resouver feels hot to the touch. Steam exit hole is clear. Thank you. Maxx

Unplug your mop, add vinegar, plug back in, let it sit inside a sink or tub. When all vinegar has been steamed out, then unplug, Now add "DISTILLED WATER" and repeat until all brown residue left over is gone. Then, from now on, only use "DISTILLED WATER".

You have to use distilled water in the steam mop. regular water clogs it up and causes it not to work.

No green light or steam Shark Deluxe Steam Mop, model S3202-S3202C

The heating element is burnt out, there is no repair for these models...replacement only...sorry!
