Hi, I answer the phone using the blue/green key which is the answer/release button. Also the 2 call keys allow you to toggle between callers without putting down the handset. I have sent you a training video about conference calls on the DCS, I have loaded 68 up to youtube under the heading of 'abbeytel'. There is 1 about hands free calls, hope this helps.
While your on the line with the caller, press the Transfr button(above the hold key) then enter in the intercom number of the person you wish to transfer the caller to. You can either wait for the person your transfering the call to to answer his extension before you tranfer the call or you can hang up after you enter the intercom number, either way, when you hang up the phone after entering in the intercom number, the call is transfered to the extension.
just call 1st person after picking up connect to 2nd person then if u want to disconnect 1st person u have to just press 1 then call or send button this thing also works in incoming calls
You can either press feature 03 (recall) while on the telephone callto switch between the callers or you can program a recall button on your phone by pressing feature 00, press the button you want to make your recall button. and press feature 03.

Order

Cal waiting works best with caller ID features that give you the phone
number and name of the person calling you. Phone numbers that have
blocked numbers or use *67 to mask their caller ID will not show up on
caller ID.
Step 2
Take
a call when your phone rings. While you are talking on the phone and
hear a beep, you are receiving another phone call. Using your caller ID
function, whether it's on your answering machine or on your handset for
the telephone, see who is calling you. If you want to talk to them,
quickly press your "talk" button to put the other call on hold or
disconnect. Press "talk" again to take the incoming call.
Step 3
Disregard
the other phone call if you do not want to terminate the call you are
on. The new call coming in may go to your answering machine. Or if you
have the call back feature on your telephone, you can simply call *69.
Your phone will dial the number of the person whose call you just
missed.
Step 4
Use
call waiting as politely as you can. You might tell someone who you are
talking to that you are expecting an important call and may have to
terminate the call abruptly. Call waiting calls should be answered as
quickly as you can. After four rings, most phone calls go right to the
machine or people hang up. Promise to call your first caller back if
you have to interrupt the call

make sure your fax machine is on and ready to receive, you may have to configure it first, see your manual .
when it rings, raise the handle and wait until you get the fax tone, let the other person wait as well, you press the green, go or fax button, then they hang up, and the fax goes through.
when the other call is coming in just press talk and the other call will pick up and the other person will be put on hold. till u press talk. just make sure you dont press end or u will hang up on both
