You have a fuel pump relay . Check to see if the fuel pump is humming when you turn key. check for proper ground for fuel pump. try spraying some carb cleaner into the intake then attempt a start. The engine will run for a few seconds, this will verify spark. corosion at the electrical connections is always a possibility. and lastly can you get the engine running by opening the throttle when starting?
I have not tried opperating the throttle manually but will try. The Jeep wants to start but just does not turn over. When it did start it would reverse, drive, but then die when the brakes were pressed.
If it will run with you manipulating the throttle then the idle air control valve is probably gummed up or you have a large vacuum leak. remove the idle air valve and clean with spray carb cleaner and clean the bore that it came out of. also look for cracked or disconnected vacuum hoses. Did you determine the fuel pump was running as you crank the engine?

The fuel pump was running as i cranked the engine. There is fuel in the fuel bar but I am not sure how much pressure it had. I have a spark so it has to be a fuel injector right? Or a relay or something?
