I had bought a new USB camera M/N P-8375GM. I need to down load the driver for it but i don't see any items similar to it on your driver down load support. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You need an updated driver that works with Windows 7. Go to the following link, click "Software & Drivers", then select "Windows 7" from the drop down menu. You will want to install the first item on the list for networked printing, or the second item if you don't need networked printing.

Do you have a card in the photo frame??? most do not have internal memeory and you need to install a separate card for it to have memeory and be recognized...

here is a tip for cameras that may help... the photo frames are very similar...

Try a google search for "Samsung sc-363 ntsc camera drivers".After you find and download the new software,uninstall the bad driver and reboot your machine.Install the new drivers and you should be good to go.

If you use OS Windows98 need install driver, if WindowsXP not install any driver, if you install driver in WindowsXP, removed it. For viewing pictures needed install Blaze Video Magic and/or Ulead Photo Express. Read owner's manual, page 40 4.2 Connecting to computer. Have you installed Sierra Image Expert, with this installed go to menue item Camera, and click on View or Get All etc.I do have a problem with this program in that it will not make a new directorey but this can be overcome by first making the new directorey with Explorer. The sound on the camera can be adjusted or turned down.
