Slow pc. may have virus?

Do you have an anti virus installed in your computer? If you have one, then run an anti-virus scan in your computer.

The problem seems virus related.

If your anti virus can't fix the problem, then you need to clean reinstall the whole operating system to get rid of the virus.

I hope this helps!

I scan my computer for viruse and have some , iwould like to clear everything up. i dont have a credit card is there any way to do this free

Are you sure your computer actually has one or more viruses? You may be a victim of one of the fake antivirus programs that can get into your computer. These pop up windows showing scan results that tell you all sorts of viruses have been found, but they're all completely bogus. The only real trouble is the program itself. Usually it becomes difficult to use the computer because the program keeps nagging you, or it refuses to let other programs run because they are "infected".

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a good tool to start with. Download and install the free version. When you run the program, have it check for updates and then run a quick scan. It's a very effective program even in its free version and I use it frequently to get rid of nasty stuff on client machines. You can also install the latest version of one of the free anti-virus programs (Avast!, AVG or Avira) and scan your computer. Sometimes a new version or different program can find and eliminate something another program missed.

You can also find many removal tools for specific viruses if you need them. Bleepingcomputer.com is a good site with many tools and helpful information for getting rid of viruses.

Windows can't open any file on my computer and all software aren't ruining

Your computer is most likely infected with some sort of malware (virus, trojan, etc.). There are multiple ways to get rid of it, but because it sounds like you are having problems running any programs at all it makes it more difficult. You could try booting up in safe mode and then see if you can run an anti-virus program to remove any malware. Some anti-virus programs also have a bootable disc that you can put in the CD drive and run the anti-virus scan from there. If neither of these options work for you, you might have to reinstall Windows.

MY COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH TROJAN HORSE SHuer2.aqcw

You should have an antivirus program always running on your computer. If you have one it should be able to get rid of the virus. If you don't have one or you have one but it can't get rid of the virus, try AVAST. It is free at http://www.avast.com. Once you install avast, it will want to run a sweep before your computer restarts. That is the best way to get rid of a virus, before the virus is activated.

Cannot get rid of an unwanted program .

here's manual antivirus xp 2008 removal
http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antivirus-xp.html

If you are having problems with your desktop or getting the nasty message when you boot up follow the instructions below, but use the above link to remove the virus. YES THIS IS A VIRUS AND NOT A VIRUS REMOVAL TOOL!

First you need to stop the program from loading on startup. This is what you do to stop it:

Start, run

Type msconfig

Go to Startup tab
(if you've totally removed the antivirus program, you will not find these files and you can skip to the gpedit.msc step)

Uncheck lphc35dj0e1an
Uncheck rhc75dj0e1an

Click apply, then ok
Restart computer

Then you need to delete the main files this program uses. Delete the following file:

C:\windows\system32\lphc35dj0e1an.exe

Delete the following folder and all contents:

C:\program files\rhc75dj0e1an

This should remove the program from your system but you probably still have a warning message displayed as your wallpaper in Windows and the virus removed the ability to change the wallpaper or your desktop settings.

To restore ability to change your desktop settings and select a different wallpaper and screen saver do the following:

Start, run

type Gpedit.msc

Navigate to User configuration, Administrative Templates, Control Panel, Display

Right click on Remove Display in Control Panel
Click on Properties and select Disabled

Do the same steps to change the following attributes to disabled:

Hide Desktop Tab
Prevent changing wallpaper
Hide Apperance and Themes tab
Hide Settings tab
Hide Screen Saver tab

You should now be able to use your computer normally and change the wallpaper/screensaver to something other than the warning message Antivirus XP 2008 set it to.
