Help. I just bought a Sungale 7" Digital Photo Frame CA700 for my mom and I can't get it to work. The manual says to load pictures I should go to Menu | Edit | Copy. The manual says I should get a list of pictures on my USB drive, but all I get is a "Loading..." message and a return to the menu. We tried a USB drive that Handles both USB 2.0 and 1.1. The manual says the Photo Frame only uses 1.1, but the Verbatim 1GB USB drive shows a blue light when it's connected (which means 2.0) and not a red light (which means 1.1).

U should install usb driver 1.0 at the location of ur drive. or connect the camera with usb drive and install the driver version of 1.1. it will solved.

I have the same problem with a SD card. The photos are loaded on the card, but the frame just says, "loading....." when the card is inserted. How long should it take for these photos to load? Why won't it load?
i face the same problem? i am using 4 GB SD card with just two pictures in it. still the same issue. any way to fix this?
i have not really the same problem but it was working just fine then we unpluged it for a few months and then it just stoped working. how do i get it to come back on again?
