Turn on the bluetooth on your blackberry and turn on your jabra as well. Hold the jabra for 10 seconds until it starts blinking. Go search devices on your blackberry and add the jabra onto it.

You need to pair your Blackberry with your headset.

1. Turn on your Blackberry's bluetooth and search for bluetooth devices.
2. While the Blackberry is searching and the headset is off, press and hold the call/end button on the headset until it's light glows steadily. Do not let go until the Blackberry finds it.
3. Pair the devices and allow the headset to connect automatically.
4. Default passkey is 0000.
   
5. To connect, press and hold call/end button on headset like the one in step 2.

I paired my BT4051 with my BB curve just fine. I held down the power button on the Jabra until the blue light was solid and then added the device through my BB's bluetooth setup under options.

Usually the track ball went bad. If you're out of warranty there is a Blackberry Repair Guide that shows how to open a Blackberry and remove the track ball yourself, the part is available on ebay. There are also third party blackberry repair services that will do this for you, but this one can easily be handled using the DIY approach. It shouldn't have to do anything with the jabra headset, that was just a coincidence.

Cannot get my Jabra BT 250v to work with my Blackberry Curve 8310. Phone indicates I am paired, but there is no audio through earpiece. You can still hear audio through phone. Help.
