Hi there,
If I remember correctly this model does not use a fuel/oil mix. Please confirm this.
If what you are saying is that in filling the device with gas and checking the oil level, both overflowed, then we are good.
As you have done, drain both to their proper levels.
Now pull the spark plugs, they are most likely fouled with oil.
Turn the generator over a few times to clear the cylinder of excess oil.
Give the plugs a good cleaning. You may need to replace them. I just have a thing about tossing something with life still left in it.
Put the plugs back in and fire it up.
Best regards
Mike
Make sure that the oil level is full to the point of overflowing from the filler hole. The engine will not run if it is even slightly less than full of oil. Look at the oil alert LED while you turn the key to start it, is it lighting up at all? If so, add oil to the point where it starts to overflow when the generator is sitting on level ground.

How about a pdf of your manual.
Use this link to download the manual

What you need starts on page 46.
I am too fabulous

I am much more fabulous than who ever programmed this site . They killed the edit characters. One blob paragraph looks so good. Beats the last guy. He took all the spaces, to save space.

hey mike,
Thanks for the your response. Yes, I overfilled both the oil and gas separately. I do not have access to my manual. Are there any online resources about where to find the spark plug and how to remove it?
