Reboot problems

Hi Dear,
The problem you discussed is hardware related, IT has to do with the cmos battery or the Sata cable.

Disconnect/Connect CMOS battery and reconfigure BIOS settings again based on defaults
- Replace "ALL" SATA Cables and reconnect all drives

Hi Faith,

BSOD's can be caused by ....well, lots of things...Drivers, hardware incompatibility, operating system, etc. Also diagnosing the cause would require above average knowledge.

I would suggest upgrading all your hardware drivers to latest releases. If not fixed, a clean re-install of Windows should fix it. (remember to back up your data)

Cant activate windows xp home edition

Hi

Try and see what the BSOD says , when it suddenly reboots. Press F8 until it gives you a menu , go to advanced options or something similar highlight don't reboot or restart automatically.

Can you start your PC in safe mode. Try a crack although I wouldn't recommend it.

Bsod problem due to reliance lxu 800 usb modem drivers

Hello dear, I'm one of the users of LXU 800 modem. I tried all the sources and found there is no way resolving this issue because the manufacturer has not yet released any updates till now. I also heard the team at Reliance doesn't care about this issue because the actual manufacturer is LG. Anything to share? Meet me at [email protected]. Have a great day. Yours truly, N Bhargav Reddy.

R3000 Compacq laptop wont boot up

Hi.
Can you please give me full details on what the problem is, the BSOD, does it appear after the boot is finished and loading the OS?
Does the OS start and then get the BSOD, ETC.
If You have the original install cd, enter your bios and at BOOT DEVICES [OR BOOT SETTINGS] make sure that the first device to boot from is your cd/dvd etc, Put The Cd of the OS in the cd/rom and restart the machine, it will hopefully start the instalation of windows do not tell the program to install a fresh copy, but rather use the R for repair.
If that does not work or you still have problems it sounds like it's time for a new instal of windows, the BSOD [Blue Screen Of Death] pops up when files get damaged, if you overclock without checking everything voltages, fans, TEMPERATURE of CPU etc.
Also can you please tell me how long ago the system was activated, and what if anything did you do or were working on when you got this BSOD.
What the OS you are using is can help also, and is it sp1? sp2? sp3? for win XP even vista is up to SP1 already for a supposed new os from ms.
