the Harmony 880 Logitech tv remote just stopped changing channels and displalying guide feature (volume button works ok), we have direct tv satellite dvr - is there a button on the tv or satellite dvr box we hit in error?

You may need to reprogram your remote, or, if you have your profile setup on the harmony website, reload from there
If you have an infrared remote and your Direct Tv remote is using an RF signal then you need to call Direct Tv and they will help you program your DVR to the remote.
Did you try removing the battery, letting it sit for 1 minute, then reinstalling the battery?
Who set up the remote in the first place? The harmony 880 has a computer program with it that will allow you to set up the remote yourself. It is rather easy, and not worth paying $150 for remote programming from a big box store

Reprogrammed and it still will not activate anything. It's like the transmitter died.
Same problem. The remote turns the TV on/off, but the volume doesn't come on and it won't change channels. It also won't even pull up the Guide menu. We have Dish Network. The other TV it is connected with works, so it must be a remote issue. Not sure how to correct it since some controls work, some don't. Weird

rremote was working fine. I hit a button, and now I can't get any of the channels to work
