If the device got wet that time it will do some damage on it, you can try updating the firmware of it.

Power locks and power windows stoped working after we had a full day of rain on a 2001 Oldsmobile silhouette

Is your car battery working fine? Are you able to start the car? Check for any blown fuse. Power windows may also stop working temporarily if the car is submerged in water. Was you car submerged in water? Let the system dry, it should start working normally if fuse is not blown.

No association with access point

The first thing I would recommend is to try plugging the adapter into another laptop to see whether it, or your laptop, is the problem.
If it's OK on the other laptop, I would suggest un-installing the driver for the adapter, upgrade Windows XP to latest, downloading the latest driver from the Linksys website then re-installing the driver according to manufacturer's instructions.

Power windows and door locks not working

replace the fuse,,, try operating the passenger window from the switch on the passenger door.. see if the fuse fails again...the rain wouldn't normally be a problem, these are designed to operate in wet conditions unless the thing was literally water logged.

I can't get my new Vista computer to connect to my wireless network

I experienced a similar problem with a Vista laptop a few weeks ago. There were no apparent problems, so I uninstalled the wireless network adapter from the Windows "device manager" and then let it automatically reinstall the wireless adapter when it rebooted. The local wireless network appeared about 5 minutes after the reboot and has been working ever since.

If that doesn't help, try removing the Linksys software from your computer and try the network adapter remove/reinstall again.
