My phone music player is not working and the by virus scanning th virus is not removing

It is possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up or is slow when it is switched ON , then it is confirmed that the software has errors and will need a reinstallation.

Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

My suggestion is to go on a phone technician and scan your phone from virus, the main cause of hang-up on most cellphone is the virus. Just a suggestion. Thanks

May be your file has been corrupted from VIRUS. So remove your memory card and scan anti-virus Go to the nearest mobile service centre for FLASHING and see whether it's helpful to you or not?

Yes all the other application should work.First follow the steps i have given and if possible SCAN Virus of your mmc .Because the Music player might infected by virus

First download and install Pheonix. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link7210c flash file or Nokia flash file and install it to C / programme files/pheonix..after finished this installation open pheonix Inside the interface at the> left top <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e"which is written in the back banel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there when you click there you'll see three icon just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface.Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Botton and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone.e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one.After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box.Now this is the last stage... One thing you can do is connect the mp3 player and right click on the icon, when the menu appears click on scan with: (antivirus) and let the scanner run all the way, it will show the infected files, go ahead and remove them. Sometimes the auto start file is detected as a virus because it is an executable file.
the other way is for you to format the mp3 player, same way right click on the icon and select format. with this you have to be careful because sometimes the firmware is hard to reinstall on the device.
