ERR12 AND16 KEEP COMMING UP NEW SCALES unable to reset

Check that the battery is in the correct way. Reset the machine after you check battery.

Remove batteries then re-install them after 5 minutes

I've found your manual on two different website but I'm unable to link them here. Please contact weight watchers and ask them to email you the manual for your weighing device so that you calibrate the device or factory reset it in order to weigh properly. The manual is only 2 pages.

Health o Meter Professional Scale model 822KL won't convert from stones to pounds even after I flip the switch to lbs. It never changes

Try taking the battery out and putting it back in, also there should be a small reset button. You will need a toothpick to push the reset button. Allow time for the scale to reset before stepping on it.

1. First, try recalibrating the scale with nothing on it.
2. If there is a reset button on the device, press it.
3. Try replacing the battery.
4. If it still acts up, it's probably time to get a new scale.
