How do i reset the speed dials? - Panasonic KX-T7030 Corded Phone

Original advice in 2014 from Kenjo, on another website:
f21 is worn brushes in the motor replace them and to reset the f21 code.... close the door, turn timer dial to position 8 going clockwise, hold in the spin speed button whilst turning dial to position 9 let go of spin speed button and return dial to off position.

You will have to get into program mode for this. you will have to press this sequence of buttons. Hold*#*#1*2*3*. Password is default to 0000. Program number is 902 then press hold. Press Intercom button for Date and line 1 button for time. If you press Intercom #66 enter speed dial number 10-99 is station speed dial. If you press Intercom #66 and enter speed dial numbers 100-999 will be system speed dial. Hope this helps. I included a site below with program manuals.

Press feature *3, press the button you want to program back to speed dial, and press feature 0.

2. Open Contacts
3. #5 Speed Dials
Numbers are assigned in alphabetical order, but you can 'reset' them by tapping the arriows ont he right side
4. Click 'Reassign'
5. Choose the contact you which to have the number you selected.
6. 'Yes' set speed dial to contact.
7. Continue tos et more, of return to main screen.

You may want to try resetting your Cricut to see if that fixes the problem. To reset the Cricut machine, turn the unit off for five minutes. Roll all the dials all the way up and all the way down five times each. Turn the Cricut back on. This is the manufacturer's reset process. Good luck!

I can think of only two reasons it doesn't work. What "Code" are you dialing? If you can't dial 600-699, then you are not at extension 10 or 11. If you're trying 80-99 you don't press FEATURE again.

to program a speed dial button - <feature> *1 - select button / enter speed dial number / quit....you may have to reprogram each button.

you dont really have to redo the numbers again..you could just replace the speed dial you want with the speed dial number but if you still want that number just jot the current speed dial number down and then replace it with the one you want and do this for any other numbers you'd want to change..its simple really :)
