I just yesterday replaced a uniden phone when i brought it home i pluged it in at 9 pm and it was left on all night this morning we went out and came back at 2 pm when i looked i had messages and when i tried to get them i could not . i called our phone company and they said i have pulse dial on and i need regular dial on . i do not know what to do and i have no manual they never gave me one i need my phone to work as my husband takes seisures . can you help me through this please susan m lavery 506 696 4803

I would take it back to the store, there is a communication problem between the base and the remote phone, the only thing I can suggest is unplug the power and phone jack from the wall outlet for 30 seconds to see if the Uniden can reset.

you could have some main & rod bearing wear due to no oil. First, put a Ford Motorcraft filter on it.

My Uniden phone started blinking with no obvious message to listen to & draining all my phones batteries. Evidently it started at 11:27 pm last night, I woke at 5 in the morning and saw the blinking. Turns out altho I do not have voice messaging enabled in my Vonage account (VOIP), Vonage had sent a robo call to me in it & activated the MWI on my phones. Nice!! After I went into the account and listened to it, the blinking stopped. I still don't have it enabled in the account. I expect you've solved your problem. I'm just posting this tip for the next poor bloke who has this problem as it may help.

try leaving it on charge for a few hours, otherwise that ipod radio could have damaged it

have you check your phone line also go in to the admin settings and re put your username and password back in it should sort out as i've had the same problem if it don't work get back to me thanks

Yes this is very poss, and happens more than u think, I have seen it here is calif on the rare days the temp drops below freezing, it will be covered by your comprehensiveinsurance policy.
