Either the wires between the pc and the printer is loose or faulty or the port in which wire is connected is loose or faulty or the cartridges are empty. check out 1 by 1.

My lexmark Z513 is not working or stuck
Try the steps below to fix the problem:
  1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.
  2. Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges. Then close the printer cover.
  3. Re-brick your printer by pulling out the power supply - black box behind the printer where the power cord is plugged in to, and re-plug after 10 seconds.
  4. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges. Close the cover.
  5. Load some paper.
  6. Try to print again to verify that the problem is fixed.

The lights are blingking and the cd driver(lexmark 510 series) does not anymore be detected bt the printer but it is being used before
