Any luck yet.
Jura parts are hard to gain access to in the US. They'll offer to repair it all day long. But sell you parts.....not likely. There are some internet stores online in Europe that you may have to look at to get parts. Good luck and if you find a good store that will ship to the US, please let me know.

Hi.Id check the solenids and pumps. Most likely to be a pump. Their positioned under the water tank. Full disassembly of the machine panels, a must. They slide out when your there. dazza
It sounds like it may be the Diaphragm pump controls for the law including seals. The diaphragm control is located on the pump output and adjusts the line pressure, thus the water flow more even and the pump noise quieter. It is in the front right hand corner of the machine. It could also be the hose or gasket that goes into the pump diaphragm. I would start with the diaphragm pump control unit as the seals can degrade after some time. You can order the item form: http://www.juraprofi.de/Jura-Ersatzteile/Pumpe-Fluidsystem/Membranregler-fuer-die-Jura-Pumpe-inkl-Dichtungen::2896.html it is in German so use Google translate if you are having trouble reading the page. Hope this helps. I had a similar problem. Happy holidays.
It may be the diaphragm pump controls for the law including seals. The diaphragm control is located on the pump output and adjusts the line pressure, thus the water flow more even and the pump noise quieter. Check if it is leaking from the front right corner, that is where the diaphragm pump control unit is. The seals may have degraded. Or it could be one of the water lines but I'd start there.
I had a similar problem. I took off the side and rear cover, followed the hose that comes from the steam wand to the rear of hte unit. It enters a solenoid made by ACL Italy. I dismantled the solenoid unit by disconnecting the two hose ends, removing the relay, and unscrewing the plunger unit (vertical pipe). The plunger unit internals should move freely up and down like a piston in a cylinder , powered by a small spring. In my unit, this plunger was calcified and seized. I soaked it in boiling water and pressed on it gently several times and it unstuck. I put it all back together again and presto! Good luck
If leaking water from right front when brewing, cleaning or steam then the possible problem is the feed tube from the pressure pump this is mounted with a small o-ring and either the pipe is fractured or the o-ring has perished.
