I would manually un-install, and then reboot so the system could re-install. Also do a complete system virus scan, just to be sure

A Code 10 error usually occurs due to:

• Missing device driver
• Malfunctioning device driver
• Incomplete device driver files

select the System option from the Control Panel. In the System Properties dialog box, select the Hardware tab, and then select the Device Manager button. Scroll through the Device Manager window and identify the faulty hardware device. Right-click on this device and then select the Update Driver command. Next, follow the screen instructions to update the driver of the selected device.

Might be the wrong driver for your video card. uninstall the driver and let windows download and install. If its the same driver file, go to the link below and search for the right driver

Your device has a conflict with another one. Open your device manager and go to the tab for your Audio/sound (that is the device your error message above shows is having the problem). Go to the drivers page and look at its properties. You should see a box that shows the device is in conflict with another and lists its IRQ. You can either TRY to assign the IRQ manually (which usually doesn't work) or you can remove the offending device, restart Windows and let it reinstall the device automatically and see if Windows can fix itself.

which kind of software do u used? Are driver compatible with ur OS?
