Solution : Power the Machine OFF and ON
CAUTION: Wait at least 30 seconds between powering the machine OFF and powering the machine ON. Damage to the optional hard disk could occur.
Press the power switch to the OFF (O) position.
NOTE: If the machine is equipped with the optional hard disk, the machine remains on for approximately 10 seconds, while storing files and preparing for shutdown. The machine then shuts down completely.
Press the power switch to the ON position.

Try using the Vista drivers on Windows 7. Be sure to verify whether the Windows 7 machine is 32 bit or 64 bit and match the Vista driver.

The cooling symbol on the remote is generally an "icicle" , the heating is a symbol of a blazing sun. Make sure you have selected the right mode. Also check the filters... if they are dirty, you wont get decent heating from any air con.. cheers,

Dear friend, find below symbols for mode setting. For cool keep minimum 3 degree less than room temp and heat keep minimum 3 degree higher than room temp. Dry mode will help you only in wintertime. Thanks.
Now symbols: 1. fan leaves - Fan only 2. Rain drop- Dry mode 3. Snow flake-Cool mode 4. Sun- Heat 5. A or AU- Auto mode.Helpful?
Does the car have climate control air/con?If so,air/con may still be coming on at different times.I would double check the air/con drip tray.Sometimes it has 2 pipes if the tray has split levels.One may still be blocked.(Does the car have a built in fridge?)Hope this may help
