When using both the FAX and COPY functions of the Canon Laserclass 710 the printed page shows a 2nd "ghosted" image of the primary image about half way down the page. We've tried a few adjustments but the problem still exists. Thanks, Jim

Generally, when you have a ghosting problem, the issue is with the fusing unit. If you have a new fusing unit (or if you can get one) install the new unit and the problem should go away.

If you don't have access to a new fuser, you can try replacing the drum/imaging unit. Sometimes a ghosting problem can be caused by a bad cleaning unit (inside the imaging unit), but usually it's the fuser causing the problem.

Can not receive fax on Canon Laser Calass 710 Faxmile.

Line noise could cause trouble. I don't know if this unit supports VOIP phone lines. Many fax units require a genuine analog line or something that reproduces an analog phoneline.
Can you test the unit with a genuine analog line?
