I have a brand new frigid air cinditioner and it is not cooling, i got it 2 days ago and it's on 24/7

Make sure that the cooling coils are clean. Also that the cooling fans are working. It may have lost it's treon and it is time to buy a new one.

Have car scanned at autozone or similar. My guess is egr valve or IAC. Egr exhaust gas recirculating valve, IAC idle air ?ontrol valve.

is this your first car?
I will presume the fan is running at full speed and heat max is set and the that you tried recirc lever. fresh air is less heat...
Cab heat bad. right?

Ill guess that no heat sitting idle for 30mins. TIME MATTER.
as does time of day and if first start of day and if the ambient temperature (out door temp counts, and guess what no country or stated told so i cant look it up, me fail)
first off,
the modern engine can take a huge long time, to heat up dead cold and not driven , that is why the op guide tells you,
start car ,wait 45 seconds and drive off slowly,
the warms the engine fastest , saving 90%of all engine wear.
this is proven fact by Germany long ago and now with SAE.org.
hard fact.
now if you know the car warmed faster before.
then this is possible 2 ways.
1: bad thermostat. (slow)
2: or the engine is running so bad, that the heat to the water jackets are weak.

the cab heat will be the same as the engine water coolant
if the engine is cold, so will you be. hard fact.
there are no electric air heaters here...

2 tests.
1: does the engine hit 180F or more and hold?
2; does it do that , at the same speed, as when new?

if not we trouble shoot that first. (fan works, and blows)

The first thing to do is have the system pressures checked to see if you have a leaking compressor, repair as needed.

my haier air conditioner won't blow cool air just took it out the window like last 5 months ago it was blowing cool air now i put it back in the window now don't blow cool air just hot air.

HI there #1 before you put freon in did use a vacuum pump and pull too the right vacuum
specification if not you have air in the system.
#2 if you put 4 cans of freon you over charged the system must vehicles a/c systems use 1lp 5oz
you must remove freon first and use vacuum pump and put system in vacuum for abut 1hour
too mack shore system is air and muster free.
ones that is don you can charge system be careful not too over charge OK

Yes,there is a actuator motor that is bad that controls the air flow,the dash will have to be removed to repair

take it back and never leave the store without testing it

Check fan switch on thermostat
