CEE0: Transfer belt position detection abnormality (normal speed):
The home position of the transfer belt cannot be detected.

This likely means that your transfer belt has gotten ripped. There are reflective strips on the transfer belt that tell the copier what position the entire belt is in before copying, and when the transfer belt gets ripped it causes the machine to not be able to find these strips.

You will need to replace the transfer belt and it would be a good idea to change the belt cleaning blade as well.

479627 is your meter not the error code.

3511 and 4511 color machines will be obsolete at the end of this month. Advise you call your local Toshiba dealer and talk to them about a trade in upgrade.

Donde puedo bajar el driver para que funcione
http://mba.toshiba.com/support/index.jsp solo selecciona el tipo de maquina que es osea COLOR COPIER y selcciona el modelo e-studio 3511 o e-studio 4511 y descarga el archivo, si necesitas que imprima en opcion a color baja el driver que sea PL5C y si solo quieres imprimir a blanco y negro baja el driver que termina con PLC6.

Dear follow the procedure step by step.

[CEE0] Transfer belt position detection abnormality (Normal speed)
If the error [CEE0] has occurred, check the transfer belt home position sensor-1. If the error [CEE1]
has occurred, check the transfer belt home position sensor-2.
Is there any stain or scratch on the reflection tape inside the transfer belt?
YES Clean the transfer belt or replace it.
Replace the cleaning pad if it is excessively stained.
NO
Are the transfer belt home position sensors-1 and -2 stained?
YES Clean them.
NO
Are the transfer belt home position sensors-1 and -2 working properly?

NO 1. Check if the connectors or joint connectors of the transfer belt home position
sensors-1 and -2 are disconnected.
2. Check if the connector CN361 on the LGC board is disconnected.
3. Check if the connector pins are disconnected or the wires of harnesses are opencircuited.
4. Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short- or open-circuited.
5. Replace the transfer belt home position sensor-1 and -2.
6. Replace the LGC board.
YES
1. Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short- or open-circuited.
2. Replace the LGC board.

Ca 20 error on toshiba 3511 copier
CA20 indicates H-Sync detection error.

U need to check whether the cable (flexible flat type) between the connector (CN334) on the LGC board and connector (CN201)
on the LDR board open circuited, broken or disconnected. Try to replace another cable.
