Hello. At the bottom (spout) where the water comes out it have a pull button. Just pull it up and water should comes out trough the shower head. If water comes out without pressure and is partially comes from the bottom just replace the spout. (bottom part)

Water leaking below shower

You may have a very small access panel on the front of the shower pan or through an access point in a cabinet on the backside of the shower wall. I have seen the shower tail piece get cut too short and as a result is becomes disconnected from the "P" trap under the shower.

How to un-fit Hansgrohe Chroma 3-ways handshower?

Hansgrohe hand showers have filtration sometimes on the inlet side of the hand shower. You must unscrew the smooth conical nut from the handshower to expose the filter and the flow restrictor. If your hand shower is not equipped with a filter gasket, you should use one to protect your hand shower from the particulate.

Filter gaskets can be used at your body sprays and shower head as well if you have them. If you have a Hansgrohe thermostatic valve you don't need the little filter screens, because the valve is filtering the water good enough. We do not recommend opening your handshower for cleaning. There would be a strong chance you may not get it together again, or it may become damaged.

If your concern is with a buildup of lime on the spray faces, you can use a decalcifying agent to dissolve the deposits, but do not soak for more than 10 minutes and then rinse well with clear water.

I have a delta in2ition shower head. The shower arm has a water outlet head that is screwed down onto it (the water outlet head is round like a ball and has a hole in the middle of it from which the water...

Take the gasket to your local hardware store and have them match it up.The answer is no, the gasket is not supposed to be split. It was probably tightened too much.

My steam shower is dripping water when it is turned off... all water is turned off.. please contact me since my water is dripping and is costing me money! the drip is where the steam comes out.. my number...

You have to turn main water off to house, then in side shower head is a gasket / otherwise known as a 0-ring, that needs replacing. Yes, a 50 cent part is causing this. If you don't know how to replace shower head 0-ring, just take shower head to any home depot, they will put it inn for you. Just make sure you turn main water line to house off, otherwise real leak. Let me know if helps. Thanks mike

When I pull the ring down to start my shower I don't always get full water pressure

Is the valve being opened all the way? Sometimes the levers crep bend and it is un-noticed until it bumps into someone like you who knows the difference. Good luck and don't use a chair.

Sanigrind pump don"t always start on all fushes

certainly indicates that the unit is not holding water (hence not starting on every flush). as you are seeing water in the shower - this is obviously where it is going. It may be that the internal flap (non return valve) is stuck open or damaged. If damaged you can put a new non return valve in your 40mm pipe run where the shower pipe enters the saniflo - about a tenner from most suppliers.

Walk in shower leak into room below

I would unscrew shower head pipe and either pipe dope it or tefilon the threads and then reinstall it. I would also take the handle(s) rosettes off and look for a leak from there with a flashlight, while shower is on. I believe the most comon leak for walk in showers are the door seals. Are you sure it is not coming out from under the door? Another test that yuo may want to preform is to Stopper the drain, fill the shower pan with water and watch for bubbles, or look for leaks from below.

Automatic Trickle Questions

o you multitask while you wait for the shower to get hot? Brush your teeth? Make the bed? Maybe even pick out your clothes or iron a collar? Many of us do—and don’t know that while we’re feeding the dog or grabbing that second cup of coffee, two-and-a-half gallons of hot water per minute are funneling down the drain. The automatic trickle reduces the flow of the water as soon as it reaches a comfortable 95 degrees. This way your hot water is no longer running down the drain while you’re away from the shower. The automatic trickle allows your showerhead to warm your shower without wasting hot water and tell you (hear) the when your shower is ready. Evolve is the leading manufacturer of this kind of products.
