Possible that the inlet valve is not working or the ccontrol unit is faulty.
Please switch off and when switched on check for the voltage to the inlet valve, if water flows, if not the control panel is faulty.
If voltage is present and valve does not work then the valve is faulty.
Also check the DOOR switch( a safety switch) because if the switch is not working the control panel will not allow the control panel to proceed to switch on motor.
Also check and tighten all the connectors to the control panel.

Hate to tell you this, but the board must be replaced. Once the lights start flashing it is an indication that the program is corrupt. If you dont have anyone who can reprogram the micom, then install a new board. Quote the model and serial no. to the supplier to get the correct board.

How do i remove the drum from a Hotpoint Aquarius WML 560 P

Hi,
There is not much you can do to remove the drum of your WML 560 P Washing Machine...you can remove the bearings and door but you can't remove the drum personally. You'll have to take it in for service but here is a manual for you which you can read through to see if there is anything about removing the drum. I have had this problem with mine. Turn off the machine at the mains (might be awkward if the switch is behind the machine!) wait a couple of mins and then turn back on again. It should now work!

Spin not working properly, sounds ok but clothes are too wet once complete and the independent spin cycle leaves clothes soaking!!!

Sounds like a small blockage in the outlet pipes, possibly just in the filter but check all outlet pipes. Just done one the other day and it was a clothes button that had passed out of the machine through the pump to the outlet pipe but had turned sideways inside the outlet pipe.

funny my machine does the same, i have had 2 answers one says to hold both the on off button and start button till it comes out of test mode? well something like that, (didn't work) and another tells me its just the board thats faulty, I do believe myself this can be reset by the right test equipment from Hotpoint (Hotpoint not helpful and i have a Hotpoint engineer as a neighbour), its also most embarrassing as i am a recently retired appliance engineer myself of 20 years, i have also been told its a conspiracy to get an engineer to call out to reset it and charge for doing so (being a computer control machine (not sure myself, these things don't happen - do they) Ps if you get told a cure and it works tell me please
