This is a setting that has been selected where the lights 'pulse'. To get rid of this, go into

Menu > Tools > Phone Settings > General > Personalisation > Notification light

and adjust your preferred settings from there.

What you have to do is to flash the phone, to flash the phone, you use the 3 button flash system.
  1. Turn off the phone:
  2. Press and hold the dial/green button, *(star) key and number 3 from your key pad at the same time,
  3. Keep holding it as you press the power on button to switch on the phone and make sure you do not release the buttons,
  4. A page will pop up like a formatting page, do not release the buttons until the formatting page is complete,
  5. Then your phone will be back to the way it was when you first bought it.
That should remove any kind of lock code from the phone. That should do the job for you.

You can not do it that way. The keypad on them is DTMF. If you have a repeater that has a phone patch you can dial out using that.

Remove battery and on it after 5 min. if it's on . that's good for you . if still have problem there is firmware or hardware fault. go to service center for repair.

Take your phone to your local market & ask any market phone repair vendor to fit a new keepad membrane, if this doesn't work it's trobably irriparable damage either caused by water or the fumes of some kind of solvent for example super glue.
