Bosch axxis door won't open

The door won't open at the end of the cycle. Any cycle. Any of the wash cycles, plus the drain or spin cycle. I've tried them all. I can't get the door open. Thanks for your help, Michele

I have the same issue. Runs fine. All cycles. Drains. Door will not open. Tried to reset the machine and it didn't work. Display is fine. Child lock is off. I am at a loss...

Michele99, So when you put it on drain, do you here the machine trying to drain the water? After it finishes draining, (you have to wait a few minutes, it should then have a blinking light
on the Finished/Door locked light.
Are you waiting for it to finish?

sounds like your German washing machine is working rather harshly...the heating issue and door locking are separate ones..

Cycles but the drum desn't spin

check the drain pump and make sure it is not plugged if there is anything stopping the pump the washer will not function.
you may also need to check the door lock

WE HAVE DRAINED THE WATER AND CHECKED THE PUMP CAP AREA AND THERE IS NOTHING IN IT. OUR MACHINE IS A BOSCH AXXIS WFL 2050 OR 60 NOT SURE WHICH- IT IS STOPPING AT THE DRAIN CYCLE AND THE DOOR LOCK AND...

Check to see if the pump itself is operating. Does water run freely from the drain hose when it is lowered below the water level in the machine?

We have a WFL 2090 UC Bosch Axxis Front end load washer. When we use the Power Wash option, the clothes are soaking wet when the cycle is completed. Are we supposed to use the Power Temp or Power Boost...

Are you sure that your washer spins? that your pump drains? You should not have this problem. Do you load your laundry properly (too much laundry- should not be more than 3/4 of the diameter of the drum)?

Bosch washer door won't open after wash is done

The door is probably locked, because the water is still draining. If this is not the answer, the the suction between the dor and the opening is too strong and you must get it weakened by a professional. There is one more solution, and that is to unplug the machine, reset it, and then try opening the door.

I drain water from drum and read out say's open door and you hear door release active but door will not open.

suspect you have filter blocked or a foreign object in pump. put drain hose as low as possible in a bowl and drain as much water as you can undo filter but be carefull, water will come out in considerable quantities. clean filter check nothing stuck in pump impellor
