It doesn't matter what the error is... the best thing that you have to do is to call your customer service and ask why are you getting that error message it could be a network problem or it coud be a problem when you try to use your browser or internet... so only the agent can tell you why it appears on your screen... :)

it always depends upon the nature of problem. what kind of issue you have? suppose, if your problem is white screen or no display then check the strip that connects the keypad and other circuitry to the display. explain your problem if any other.
If your device gets covered in water, act fast and rationally, and you may be able to save your device. 1. DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON 2. Pull out the battery. 3. Please your device and battery into a bowl of uncooked rice to absorb any moisture. 4. Please it in a warm, dry place where it can receive direct sunlight. 5. Be patient. It is recommended that you leave it in there for at least 48 hours. 6. After 48 hours, put the battery back in and power on.
The problem with the phone is in the firmware. There are a few websites who will flash the phone for you for a fee or you can take the phone to a repair shop to be flashed. The water damaged one will need to be taken apart and cleaned first. If you have any questions i provide these services my self and i would be glad to help!
