it will not be a gold watch as it states gold plated
that is to say that it has a coating of gold electroplated to the base metal and will be about 2 microns thick
check with a jeweller for the fake or not.
The 'Ra' refers to Radium - used in the 'lume' on the hands and sometimes hour markers. The 10krgp refers to 10 karat rolled gold plate - it just means it's gold plated and not solid gold.
Can't help with the date, though.
Bulovas are not high end luxury watches nowadays (they actually were, up to the mid-twentieth century). A modern quartz Bulova is just another mid to upper-mid level quartz wristwatch. Unless you know someone willing to spend some bucks just to have a gold and diamond watch, the value, especially with the price of gold now, may be in the metal, especially since it's 18K; the majority of gold watches are 10K or 14K. The diamonds are likely not very high quality, although they will be real. You should have a jeweler look at it. He will be able to give you an idea what the gold and the stones are worth. Unfortunately, as a watch, Bulovas just don't have much intrinsic resale value nowadays, not like a Rolex, Tag Heuer, Breitling, etc. would have.
Bulova watch is one of the classic watches in the market. You must be given a product ID and code with you so you can check and confirm from the website of Bulova by entering your product code and Id on their website so that you may know that it is real product or fake. Just visit the website at www.bulova.com
