My daughter has physically ruined her w375. the SIM card is OK, can I just pop the card into any motorola phone and keep the net 10 minutes and phone 3 associated with it? (the card)
The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.
Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.
Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.

if your phone is compatable for net connect then call to costumer care of sim card which you are using. they will send you settings of net connect.

If you remove the back covering of the phone and then the battery, part of the sim card will be visible. It's a rectangular card about the size of a finger nail. Usually, you can push it from one side(sometimes on the outer edge of the phone) so that it slides out of the other side but some times it's held by a spring mechanism that needs to be pulled to one side so that the card can be lifted out
You can find your sim's PIN2 in your Sim pack, along with your PIN1, PUK1 & PUK2. Try to look it up in your Sim pack, it should be there..it's either at the back of your Sim card or is written in a small folded paper which is sealed.
