Remove the drum cartridge, then remove developer unit, then the charge housing above the drum the remove the drum do not touch it has to be done from the side of drum. once removed then is sensor that has a white cover on it, there is also a clear one white one is in the rear on the left side clean DO NOT USE A VACUUM Cleaner the static electricity will destroy the sensor. Then re install. run all required check . Unless you know what you are doing get a qualified Konica Minolta Technician Has to have Konica Experience You have a legacy Konica machine

You have a bad drum unit, you will need to replace your drum (dr310) along with the developer (dr310) it's not all that difficult but requires several step to reset the error code, clear the counters and calibrate.

Can you give me the exact brand and model number of your multi-function printer?

What is the exact error message that it gets?

this is a toner density failure code if the service company replaced the developer and did not run the density adjustment it will through this code or it could be an older firmware version you need at least level 16 or it could be a bad toner sensor i would recomend having them come back out to fix it

you need to have a firmware upgrade on your copier.
