check software supportded bu ur os version.64bit is not common for video editors.and u must install 64bit directshow engine properly.just check all stuff support 64bit version.

For windows Operating System, just download install the codec "K-Lite Codec Pack or K-Lite Mega Codec Pack" latest version from http://www.free-codecs.com/index.htm.

You should be able to play most of the audio/video formats.

oooooooooh yea, thats actually NOT the Music Creator software. It's some kind of weird internal Windows thing. I would try googling that error message (need EXACT wording) but I've heaerd of this and it's got something to do with that particular mp3 file. It's got some incorrect parameters. Try another mp3 and then try a clean version of that same mp3 (not the one that gave the error but get another version somewhere)

AMCap v9.20 AMCap is a small yet fully functional video capture application compatible with Microsoft DirectShow. It is based on the sample AMCap from the Microsoft DirectX 9 SDK. AMCap supports still captures to BMP, JPEG and PNG formats and it remembers your Video Input, Video Standard and Video size settings from previous session. It has some nice features like multimonitoring support, zooming, aspect ratio and deinterlacing features.

It sounds like your computer doesn't have an MPEG-2 CODEC installed. Windows doesn't come with one on its own, you generally have to have something else installed, like a DVD player application WITH a DirectShow MPEG-2 filter. That's the usual reason for a video file playing audio-only... the video CODEC is missing.

You would think this would be on the disc that comes with the camcorder. Do they have any video player or editor of their own? Did you try it? 

Anyway, you can get a free (open source) DirectShow MPEG-2 filter here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gplmpgdec. Download and install this, and... assuming you're using a compatible version of Windows, you will probably be able to play back the video in Windows Media Player.

In the future, it's a good idea to indicate things like the computer OS you're using, version, the kinds of programs you're trying to use, etc. That will help folks like me pinpoint your specific issue.

The vidios recorded in mobile phones are of 3gp format. This is different format then using windows player. You have to install Nokia Multi Midia Convertor from PC suite cd into your PC. There are more players for playing 3gp format named MMConvertor Pro. You can easily download them from free webs or can mail me [email protected]
