Have HP Photosmart Premium C309. Cannot get phone signal through port "2-ext" ???

Kindly unistall the drivers of Hp c309 and reinstall it again on ur computer..........

Here is the link for the C309 series... there are several models of C309 so they may be slightly different, check your specific model, but you should be able to find a downloadable driver somewhere around here.

HP Photosmart Premium C309 not printing black

Got that problem also, Black would not print but dark grey would be printed ???
What i did and it worked was reset to factory settings, unpluging the printer for ± 25 seconds
holding 3 and # for and other 25 seconds went and after pitting power back on
then re-enterring your setting, all went fine

I checked the printer specs to be sure there was not some new technology I had never heard of out there, you never know. Your HP Photosmart Premium C309 printer does not support printing on CD/DVD disks, and as far as I know there is no printers that will.

What you need to print on a CD/DVD is a LightScribe CD/DVD burner. You will also have to buy special printable disks to use with the LightScribe burner.
