Mcdevito75 here, If your Fossil watch has a winding stem it may have 2 positions, gently place a fingernail under the crown and lift as gently as possilble, this should allow you to adjust the date without having to cycle thru the 24 hours to get to the date you want. It may take practise but that first position should be there, Set the date to 1 day before the date you need, then set the watch normally the full 24 hour cycle to get the date you want, this way the watch date will set as suppose to at about mid-night for the next days date.
