Forgetting your Windows administrator login password. With no way to get into the system, you can’t even perform basic maintenance, let alone a thorough tune-up. Formatting is always an option, but we consider that a last resort. (Plus, guess who’s going to have to help reinstall all the programs lost after a wipe?) But all hope is not lost. There are a few ways to actually retrieve a lost Windows account password. Read on, and we’ll show you the light.

1st Method:
The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

2th Method:
There are a lot of Windows password revealers and crackers available, but we’ve found that Windows Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:
Windows Password Recovery Tool is one of the easiest password recovery tools to use. It allows you to reset a user account password, including the Administrator password. It is also a relatively small download.

Lots of people may forget their login info which possibility can't be ruled out. For most of people, like freshman, may reinstall the OS so that all of the original files would be lost and all our works may go up in smoke.
In fact, there are some convenience ways to help us to be far from that nightmare, as long as you paste "windows password", "xp password", "administrator password", "vista password", "windows xp password", "forgot windows password", "windows administrator password", "windows password recovery", "windows password reset", "windows password unlocker", ect to google, there would be many related results. One of the most reliable way is to take use of windows password unlocker which is a current windows tool for empty or reset windows password for PC users even computer freshman. With windows password unlocker, just a few steps, you can re-login your PC without any data loss.

1. Login to a computer that can link to Internet. Download Windows Password Unlocker 4.0 and decompress it on that PC. Note that: there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD.

2 Get out the newly created CD and insert it to the locked computer.

3 re-booted the locked computer and then followed the process of instructions. Just a few steps, the old password was removed

    NOTE:-

You cannot use the password reset disk to reset the
    password on another computer.

You can use the password reset disk
that you create with only the computer where it was created. For example, if
you have two Windows XP-based computers with the same user names and passwords,
you cannot use a password reset disk that you create on the first computer to
reset the password on the second computer.

You cannot use the password reset disk to reset your domain
    account password.

You can use the password reset disk only to reset
the local computer account password. If you forget your domain account
    password, contact your system administrator.

The password reset disk contains sensitive
    information.

Others may use the password reset disk to gain access to
your computer. Make sure that you store this disk in a safe
    location.

I cant logon into window xp home edition, and i cant remember user name and password i want to disable them all

HI there. If you forgot your username and password try login with the administrator account. Username is administrator. Usually the password is blank. After that you can reset your passwords from Control Panel, User Accounts section.

If at the logon you use the welcome screen, hit twice CTRL+ALT+DEL, after that you can type administrator in the username textbox.

Please tell me if that solution was helpfull.
