Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. From what I understand the error code ND means “No
Drain issue”. You’ll need to check for any restriction in pump assembly. It can
also be due to a restricted drain hose or loose wire at pump. If after cleaning
the drain hose the issue is not resolved then it means the pump has gone bad
and unfortunately needs to be replaced. Please do rate the solution if the issue is
resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks

I have an Amana front load washer Model NFW7200TW it was making a loud rattling, growling noise when I heard it the first time. I loaded a 2nd load and this time during the spin cycle it wouldn't even start to spin, I could hear what sounded like the washer trying to energize the pump to remove water but nothing would happen. The error code nd flashed on the display which means no drain. I disconnected the hoses and removed the pump. I could see a quarter had gone through the washer and was lodged against the impeller of the washer pump. I used a needle nose pliers to remove it. Reinstalled the pump and it is working fine. Hope this helps someone.
How to fix a Samsung Washernd washer error code. You can make this repair your self and in most cases without parts. Let me explain what the nd on a Samsung washer control panel means exactly. The nd error code stands for No Drain. When this washer error code comes up the washer will not spin either.
To fix this issue you will need to slide the unit forward to access the pump if there is no access panel on the lower front. If the clean out access panel is on the lower front bail the water from the washer and twist the filter head counter-clockwise. If the front panel does not have the access panel the washer will need to be slide forward. With the washer pulled out the back access panel can be removed. With the panel removed, the drain pump will be visible. Remove the two hoses on the pump followed by the two 7/16 bolts that mount the pump down. With the pump off, you can now remove the debris inside.
