There are 2 , 150 watt halogen lamps in the drum heater assembly. One or both are burned out. I can send you instructions on how to replace them. Xerox will want over $250 for an entire heater assembly. You can buy the lamps at Lowes or any place that sells Halogen lamps for around $15 for a set.
