Start by checking the connections on the base. Make sure the AC power
adapter for the base is still plugged into the base and a wall outlet or
power strip. If you are still not getting any lights, either the power
cord or the base have gone out and will need to be replaced. If the
headset is dropping the calls, try resetting the headset to the base.
Other things
that could be causing the headset to drop the calls is that you are
getting too far away from the base; if you move back in range, it should
pick the call back up.
Also the battery could be dying in the headset and is
no longer rechargeable. The battery is not replaceable in the headset.
The headset will need to be replaced.
