How long does the battery of a D&G TIME red watch last? I think my mom bought my watch a couple of months ago and was given to me only last night. the problem is that nothing is working or moving. i clicked almost everything and nothing happens. i dont even know any D&G watch service center here in the philippines. pls help...

Either a loose connection inside or it just needs a new battery. They can be power hungry depending on how you use it and what battery technology type was used in the last one.

Clearly, it is faulty and has some type of parasitic drain. All watch batteries should last a couple of years. My Seiko last for about 3 to 4 years. Return it to Pulsar or a repair agent for repair.

Did you change the battery 3 months ago? Wrong type perhaps?

i would suspect it needs a new battery you only got it 2 month ago but the battery could av been in a couple of years..

Contact the manufacturer to see what battery they recommend. They should be able to tell you which they used originally.

I had the same problem sometime ago but with a fossil. I had the battery replaced several times in the matter of a couple of months. It seemed to have happened during the very cold months. I also found that I put my watch in the same pocket I put my Iphone in too. I'm not sure if there was a relevance but after I stopped, the watch seemed to fix itself.

you should arrive at the user manual for a Tag automatic watch which is similar to yours (an Aquaracer).

You will see that they claim 38 hour running when fully wound.

In view of the very small forces involved and the variations that occur in the manufacturing of the mechanism, I don't think that you should be surprised if there is a variation in running time.

If your genuine watch runs for a significantly less time thean they claim, you may have a reason to complain.
