It's not your ink cartridge, you have a dirty or faulty fuser film sleeve. They can be bought on Ebay.

Hi! I just changed my print cartridge (HP LaserJet- C7115X, ink 15x) and the printing quality is still low! It's as if it's still running out of ink, however the cartridge is brand new. Please help!

Did you remove the strip that the printers ship with? If the pull tab is still in then there is typically enough toner to print a few pages and then it fades out. Remove cartridge and check on left and right hand sides for a plastic loop usually orange. The instructions would have been in the box.

Images of previous page remains on the new printed page

It is either a bad drum in the toner cartridge or toner on the fuser. Try changing out the toner. If the problem remains, you'll have to get a new fuser module.

HP Laserjet 1320 - Gray bars printing on sides of paper with dark dots

It sounds like a defective toner cartridge. Try replacing it. If that does not cure the problem, then the fuser assembly needs to be replaced, in which case it is probably cheaper to buy a new one.

Good luck
