Camera screen is black no image appears to view to take a picture??

Time for a new camera perhaps ? Sreen is faulty, most likely and fixing may be too expensive.

HI,
Are you sure that there is balck dot on the sreen. Check one more time is it any dust on the screen.
Black spot Means pixel of the Lcd sreen is fault. There are thousands of pixels in an lcd screen. when any of the pixel or a group of pixels become faulty the black spot will appear. Its not possile to rectify the problem other than replacing the LCD panle if its avilable. The avilability of lcd screen is very rare.

Go into your MENU and turn OFF the Closed Caption. You might also have that feature on your remote control ( look for CC )

Large Black Box Showing up in middle of screen.

Try and turn off the closed captioning. I had the same problem and it turned out that the closed captioning was on t1 instead of OFF. Hope this helps!!!!

Try this:

In the menu go to CC and set the TV to CC1 as this is a text box appearing for captions. Hope this works!

DirecTV installed but TV reverts back to set up screen for the model.

2 yr old 42 inch plasma.screen goes black,sometimes only half screen,sound is on.it does it after 1 hr of viewing, theres a greenish line in the middle of the black sreen when that happens,
pls help.

Black box in middle of screen

You have CC (closed captioning) turned on and it is set to text mode.....Go to the menu on the remote use the right arrow and hilight "C.CAPT",use the down arrow to highlight "C.CAPT",use the right arrow and highlight "off" then exit button on remote.

According to your manual I do not even see a closed caption button Whoooops

you need to go into you menu, then select closed caption in there you can turn it off,

Quality is , when quality does

Press CC (close caption) button on tv remote to turn off close caption box or got to tv menu and turn it off.
Black box will disappear.

Yes, remote does not have CC button but it should have on remote for customer convenience, can you please advise manufacturer to make sure CC button is available on remotes in future models?
