It won't charge anymore, when it's on it just doesnt say that it's charging, but the light on the charger is on. When it's off, the orange light for charging is on, but it still doesnt charge anyway. I live in the Netherlands so getting it fixed here is hard

Had this same issue, the batteries do not tend to last that long if left to go flat over a period of time, in my case it was approx two months as I was out of the country, they are a pain to buy as not many retailers offer them online, however I did get a replacement although not cheap

Can't buy direct from manufacturer as I'd tried with no success

The computers contact point for the charging cord is "VERY" sensitive for me. I had to try many times to actually see the charging "icon" light up before letting it charge. Many times the icon would go back to "battery" during charge and I would have to re-try the connection again... Very annoying. If the battery get so drained that you can't see the "charging" icon, then it's a guessing game as to whether it's charging or not. I needed to re-install the OS and it took me 3 days to get my battery charged that way.

Why want my tablet charge Where do I return my tablet it will not charge anymore

Most common cause of this is faulty charger, the metal connector at end of wire won't connect properly to device charging port.
Test it by putting plug back in Tablet charger port and very very gently wiggle it around very slowly, see if the charging light comes on or flickers. They usually make a beeping noise when successfully charging or the screen lights up. If you get intermittent charging then it's the charger and time to get a new one. Very common, most are USB connectors or small pin types.
If it's still under warranty then send it back to the place you bought it before you try testing it.

Kindle will not shut off-goes to shut off or cancel but wont move. doesnt charge well-doesnt always hold charge

Patricia, Using the power switch, you can forcibly reset your Kindle device. This reset will shut down the Kindle without accessing the shutdown command from within the Kindle's operating system, a particularly useful tool when dealing with a frozen Kindle. To initiate a hard shutdown, Kindle disconnect from its charger, slide and hold the power switch for about 20 seconds. This will force the Kindle to shut down, now it can be restarted normally.

I replaced the screen on the Asus tf300 tablet. After reassembly it wouldn't charge. I replaced the internal charger cable because it had bad pins. Plugged in the charger and got two flashing orange...

Hi, it seems that battery is totally discharged, that could be the reason of dead table. It should be good if you could check the connectors where the internal charger cable is connected, maybe one or both are damaged too.

AC adapter/charger is attached, but the battery will not charge. it doesnt even show that the battery is there

Ifthe laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

Laptop wont charge

Orange means it's charging or connected vs. green means fully charged.

At least that's the way my battery charger is on my kodak camera.
