It looks like this brewer has a fill lid on top. If you remove the screw on the lid you can remove it and pour cold water through (1/2 gallon per pot). If the brewer was energized and NOT filled with water before hand there is a good chance that the heating element burned up. The reason you would still get "lukewarm" water is due to the keep warm heater around the tank. It is a low voltage warmer that keeps the reservoir warm without the main heating element kicking in.

Water condensate tanks keep filling up. Never needed to empty them before with many years of use.

Rick, check the hoses are not clogged or plugged. There is probably a small pump which may have quit and will need replaced. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

How do i fill the water

There is a tank within a tank design on these deep cleaners. Use warm tap water and fill the inner bladder.

The Tank-in-Tank system is designed with a bladder inside for

clean water. As you clean, the bladder will empty. Dirty water

collects in the tank outside the bladder.

I installed an extenal waterline to my new saeco royal professional coffee bar machine however instead of the water filling the tank it is running inside and leaking out of the side of the machine. the...

Hi
The water line to the back of the machine does not fill the tank. There is a pressure reducer/ isolation valve inside at the water connection that switches between using the tank or outside line. Is it leaking a lot of water or just leaking a little? I have seen them get a crack from shipping. You can still use the water tank until you can get the situation fixed. There is a selection in the menu that you choose for which way you want to go. Direct connection or water tank. If you put water in the tank it will tell you that your tank is empty. You have to go into the menu and change it to direct connection OFF, push the menu button and then exit.

Taking a shower the pump goes on an off constantly,is it not suppose to fill the tank up first then discharge the water?

Yes it is suppose to fill tank nearly full then pump down and shut off. I would check to make sure that the float switch is not hanging up on something or perhaps rubbing on the tank wall that is stopping the pump from running long enough to empty tank.
Check the placement of pump and float to make sure they are not hitting on anything. Adjust float as needed to allow for max pump down. Also make sure that there is a check valve installed in discharge line so that any discharge can not run back into tank when pump shuts off. Hope this helps you. Thanks

Water is lukewarm. Not hot! Two year old tank, 220 amp is present. Both sides of relay have 220.

Make sure you have power going to elements from thermostats. check lines going to elements.

Luke warm water is the result of an element gone bad most of the time. One at th etop gone will cause you to get just luke warm water and one at the bottom gone will give you real hot and then cold.

The elements are not to exspensive so if it has two you might as well replace both of them. If you just put 1 new one in it will work the old one till it goes.

Cut power off and cut water off to water heater and drain heater, open hot side on any faucet to help it drain. once drained remove element they have a tube type socket at hardware stores for the removal of it.

Put elements in and fill water heater till all air is out of lines before turning power back on. make sure water is flowing out of all faucets before turning power onto water heater.

The reason being is the elements has to be in water not open air in tank or it will blow new ones.

Tank will not refill after you flush

okay depending on the type of toilet ball **** (i know its a funny word, but it's really what its called.) you have one the most standard type is the long wire with the big ball on the end. you need to adjust this ball **** so it goes lower test it out, flush your toilett and wait till the water drains then when its supposed to come back up push down on the ball **** and youll see the water will start to fill, so then adjust the little screw on the fill valve (the other side of the floater where its attached)

you may need to shut off your water supply and drain your tank depending on how skilled you are,

pretty simple work, if you have questions feel free to ask.
