Floor may not be as solid as you think.remove pedistal drawers make sure the screws holding pedistal to washer are tight 2 front and 2 back going into bottom of washer frame next adj legs so bottom of pedistal is as close to the floor as possible you may have to lossen the lock nuts to do this next try rocking the unit by hand and adj front legs as needed to stop motion and and give washer a solid feel retighten lock nuts up to bottom of pedistal

All of these things have been done , I have even put a glass of water on the floor when the washer is spinning and there isn't even a riple on the water surface. then when it kicks into high all hell brakes loose.
the store now wants us to put a peace of 5/8 plywood under the washer and screw it down to the excessiting floor, but we have just put all new flooring down. I wish we had never got these , they are nothing but crapp.
