Hi,
This TV uses V-Chip technology to set the parental control. Unfortunately I cannot find the exact manual for this model but I have made a manual available for you to download and the procedure for setting the parental control or turning it off should be the same.
Download the manual from this link and read page 9 on setting the V chip for the exact procedure to turn the parental control off.
It should work fine for you. If so please do leave a vote for the solution. Thanks.
Can you let me know if the password you are using is actually letting you in to the V-Chip menu or is it not accepted and preventing you to get that far?
If the password is not working and you cannot even get into the menu try the following combination to cancel the password and see if that lets you in.
Keep pressing (Volume) – button of the main unit (Tv panel itself) and press “0” key of remote control simultaneously for a few seconds.
Next follow the instructions as per manual to enter the menu to re-set the parental control.
If this does not work let me know some more details.
Thanks.

We have a manuel to this particular tv. My husband and I have tried following those instuctions to either turn off the parental controls or at least be able to use the password to bypass it. It tells you the default password of 1111 and that doesn't work and I have tried to change the password and haven't been able to get anywhere with that either. The remote to this tv is different from the one from the manuel you have sent me. PLEASE send me any other ideas to disable the parental control. Thanks
