make sure that the mms and gprs feature of your phone is activated. and if your a prepaid plan, make sure you have enough load cause once you received an mms or an mms is comming, the gprs will automatically activated to download the message.

To download SMART MMS phone settings:

In order to activate MMS settings you are required to call your vodacom customer care and ask them what sms you have to send in order to receive mms settings. Once you get the settings save them on your phone and make it default settings. Switch off your mobile take out your sim for 02 minutes and restart your mobile with sim inside it. Now you are ready for sending or receiving mms.
Normally it is your service provider who will send you the settings for WAp and MMS. Once you receive these, you need to save them as advised and you should be able to use both functions.

hi there only your service provider can give you the settings of your MMS and GPRS. call your service provider and tell them that you want a settings of MMS and GPRS and they'll send you the setting then save. now you can send and recieve pic. via MMS and can download fav. pics. and tones via GPRS. ok!
