You do not say if you are losing coolant or not , if not every thing is ok as its condensation from the air con, If it has coolant loss it could be over heating, make sure the extra fan comes on with the air con.

We are going to hope the solution is simple. That is, your car has air conditioning and you are using it.
If so, the air conditioning unit has a drain hose for condensation, which normally runs in a tube hidden under or behind the floormat and down through a hole to the under-car area, or down through a hose inside the back or rear of the engine compartment down to the bottom of the car. Either way, we are hoping the hose is plugged up, broken, or otherwise malfunctioning, only requiring you to address this to fix it. We are not hoping it is a leaking windshield, body panel, or wiper area leak that can take a long time to find and much money to fix.

It may be tipped too far forward or the drain port is plugged and not allowing the condensation to drain properly.

Check the front corner of the intake gasket. Very common problem

Hello, sounds like it is either a low charge or lack of airflow, what type of filter are you using? sometimes those filters that claim to be super effecient will actually cut down on your airflow and cause the ac to freeze up.

The drain is stopped up or the unit is not tilted back enough to drain out the back. If the drain is stopped up sometimes you can blow it out with compressed air from the bottom of the front coil. If the unit is not tilted enough in the wall or window it cannot drain out of the proper drain hole in the back of the unit. Hope this helps you.

If the car is at operating temperature and the water is cool then it could just be air conditioning condensation.. Air conditioning units are usually located at the passenger side of the engine. If it is cool water it is nothing to worry about.

You have a leak in your air conditioning compressor Your system works on the reheat principle All air passing through the system is cooled and reheated before it enters the cabin this sould be dehumidified air but it passes through the heater core and sence the air is not dehumidified you are getting condansation as the air flows the heater core that is heated by the engine heat and the water is from condencation because of the leak in the ac compressor The unit is a press fit in the center of it and fials unfortinatly a lot with this disgien of compressor

The leakage is probably from condensation and there should be some sort of drain for it. You should check to see if it is clogged or partially clogged. Also since you say it does it when it hasn't operated for a while you may want to check out where the lines pass through the wall and make sure that it is sealed up there so you don't get leakage from out side.
