2. Transfer Belt Retraction Sensor (PS31) mounting bracket (p/n A02E 1121 00) is fixed with a screw and it can be tilted while assembling. If the bracket is
tilted, the sensor cannot detect the Transfer Belt position properly. In order to avoid tilting the bracket, the shape of the bracket has been changed. The shape of the sensor actuator has also been changed because the actuator could touch the other parts.

I have bought a image transfer belt. I need to know how to access area where belt is located. Do I need to be careful in handling new belt

open right door (the door used to remove jam. there are 2 silver levers that have screws holding them down just under the fuser unit. remove the screws and that will release the belt. it wil slide out easily . then replace it. unfortuneatley you did not have to replace it unless it was dammaged... there is a small pico fuse in it that you can replace for like 2 dollars that will reset the counter... if you have more questions drop me a line

Code error p9 p21 p16 c203 what can i do?

The p error codes you have are due to the test pattern being put on to the transfer belt to check the image density control
The first thig to do is to check and see the condition of the transfer belt and if it has reached life or looks bad replace it also on taking out the transfer belt directly where it goes in there is a cover slide the cover and clean out the idc sensors imgae density control sensors
Also there is firmware to correct the issue do this last the above will get rid of your issuesAlso add toner to all the units manually add the toner as well
