Turn the water supply to filter system off, open the faucet to relieve the pressure.
It depends are where it is leaking form. If you just changed the filter it is either not on all way, the o-ring is pinched or missing, or the inlet line, outlet line (or both) were worked loose and are leaking.
Check the feed valve to the filter also. If it is a saddle/ piercing valve it may be leaking. After opening and closing these valves several times the "packing nut" may work loose and the valve leaks. Tighten this very slightly until leak stops. Here is a diagram of a saddle/piercing valve.

The packing nut is right below the T handle as in this picture. There is seal under the packing nut and this is where it can leak from when the nut works loose. AGAIN tighten this very slightly to stop the leak.

Culligan AC-30 osmosis water system housing leak

Depending on which type of plastic you have, it should say on it somewhere and it should look like a triangle and it will tell u pvc or nilon or abc. Then go get that type of glue and seal it with the correct glue. You could also use a food grade silicone, but remember to rough it up with some sand paper.

How do i stop a leak from the clear tube going into the water filter under the sink

You need to clarify as to what type of water filter system. If the leak is in the tube itself, you can replace the whole tube or cut out the bad part and put a coupling there.

I have a culligan house hold water filter 950. After I replaced the filter and screwed back in the blue housing that holds the filter, turned the water back on I CANNOT get the blue housing to stop...

Take the housing back off and make sure the seal is where it belongs and before you put it back together lube the o-ring with some o-ring lube this well keep it from moving with the housing as you tighten it up. You can use some other type lube but it should be food grade lube.

Leak at one of the fittings on my Culligan RO system

Too much pressure in holding tank will not cause leaks in the RO unit. All too much pressure in tank will do is cause low or no product water in RO tank. Older Culligan RO systems (H8, H83, H5) had fittings that used metal locking washers and these can cut the RO line after the RO has been moved around while changing filters. Newer styles (AC30, Water Tower) use quick connect fittings and the RO line may work loose after filter changes and system being moved around under sink.
Turn the incoming water off to RO, turn the water off on RO tank, open the RO faucet to relieve pressure and pull the line off feeding the RO tank, inspect (you may want to cut off a small portion of the line at the filter) check the o-ring and re-install.

Leak from connection of Culligan under sink water purifier. Who sells replacement parts?

If the leak is coming from the "quick connect" fitting then either the tube is not pushed in all the way or it is loose. There are small "snap rings" that fit between the fitting and housing to hold them tight from John Guest. If the leaking line has a compression fitting they are available at any hardware
This on-line supplier has Culligan filters and John Guest fittings

I have a Culligan water softener and noticed recently that there is a running water sound coming from the drain tube. There is no leaking, and the sound is almost like a constant trickle. It stops if we...

There is a problem with the piston/seal pack assembly pack in the valve. The seals get worn or some debris gets stuck and causes softener to run to the drain. The seal pack assembly needs to be replaced. If you are handy, you can do this. It takes about 1/2 hour for a novice.
Parts are only available from Culligan.
